Miss Alice Maxwell was an outstanding educator and administrator who dedicated her services to the youth of this community from 1911-1944.

Cinder block, single story construction with multiple classroom buildings and exterior circulation. A subsequent addition consisted of a steel and wood modular building with interior circulation.
